Woodmark Chocolate crafts superior hand-made confections and provides uncompromising service. Owner and chocolatier Paul Dederich, graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison in Nutrition and Food Science. Paul has worked in the chocolate community for years. He started out in this industry in product and process development and was initially trained in the very essence of chocolate, the cocoa beans themselves. He developed skills in experimenting with the nuances and flavors of cocoa beans from all over the world.
Paul also during this period studied under the tutelage of Master Swiss confectioner Chris Klaiss. From Klaiss, Paul learned how to make fine chocolate truffles. Through the years, Paul honed his skills and abilities to make these incredible confections. Now, these chocolate delicacies are available to all, from Woodmark Chocolate.

Shipping
In order to maintain freshness of our products, at times we will push back ship dates to accommodate the number of orders we receive.
Typically we will ship Mondays, but sometimes Tuesday to avoid having your truffles being in transit over the weekend.
During holiday times please allow an extra 2-3 days for shipping. You may need to select faster shipping.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be higher. Please consult us when placing your order.
